INDIAN CHOCOLATE CAKE
5 cups dry Milk (about 365 g)
475 ml liquid Cream
1 and 1/4 cup (About 150g) caster sugar
chocolate - 1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp Natural cocoa
HOW TO PREPARE THE INDIAN CHOCOLATE CAKE
In a deep bowl mix the microwave dried milk, powdered sugar, cream and beat the mixture well. Put in the microwave for a total of 8 minutes, open every minute and stir well. every oven is different, so look at the mixture constantly to make sure that its consistency is kept fluffy. As soon as you remove from microwave, stir again and pour 3/4 of the mixture on a greased or covered with a baking paper tray. The remaining quarter, while still hot, stir with cocoa and chocolate chips until smooth consistency. Pour it on the white board and put the cake in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set. Serve cut into pieces and store in refrigerator.
