Desserts For St. Valentine's Day
Red Velvet cupcakes
Ingredients:
180 g butter
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 large eggs
2 -3 tablespoons sweet paint
two and a half cups flour

3 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup whole milk

8 tablespoons butter
½ teaspoon vanilla
2-3 cups powdered sugar
Mix butter, vanilla and cream cheese until a fluffy mixture. Stir with sugar until you get the desired taste. Spread cupcakes after they have cooled and decorate with colored or chocolate sprinkles.
Cake "Be My Valentine"
Ingredients:
For the crust :
2 eggs
2.tbsp. sugar
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
juice of 1 sour cherry compote
For the cream:
1 cup sugar
250 ml milk
½ cup flour
3 yolks
1 tablespoon gelatin
½ pack butter
1 pack vanilla sugar
100 ml water
compote of cherries
for the jelly:
150 ml juice compote
2 tablespoons gelatin
Method of preparation:
Mix the products for the crust to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Pour into a baking tin and put in a preheated 160 ° C oven. Bake about 20 minutes until gold.
Let it cool.
For the jelly: Mix 2 tablespoons gelatin with 150 ml of compote on hot water bath. Pour into the tray where we baked the crust and put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to firm. For the cream: Beat the egg yolks with the flour and half the milk. The rest of the milk heat along with the sugar, vanilla sugar and butter. Once boiled add the yolk mixture and stir continuously until thickening. Remove from heat and add the dissolved in 100 ml water on a water bath gelatin and blend with the cherries. Pour the mixture over the jelly and place for another hour in the refrigerator. When cool we syrup with the rest of the compote and
put over the parfait. Optionally you can garnish with additional fruits or cream.

PRODUCTS
flour - 2 cups
soda - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 cup
Cocoa - 3 tablespoons
Yogurt - 1 and 1/2 cup
oil - 1/2 cup
nuts - 1/2 cup cut
Vanilla - 1 tsp essence
chocolate - spreads
HOW TO PREPARE EASY CHOCOLATE CAKE
Pour baking soda in yogurt. Stir together flour, cocoa and sugar. Separately, beat the yogurt with the oil and add in the dry mixture beating continuously. Finally stir in walnuts and vanilla. Pour mixture into a greased and floured pan and put to bake in preheated moderate oven. When you finish the cake cool slightly and brush with plenty of chocolate. Make decorative pieces of walnuts.
